This is good stuff. I have the Access Issues Database template installed on my SharePoint 2010 site, but I am unable to get it to email me when a new issue is assigned to me. Do you happen to have any information on configuration of email in this template?

Hi,Iam new to sharepoint.Can u expalain breifly with screenshots.Why we go Assets web database.What is the use.How to use.Before creating the Assets wat r required.Any database with data r required.It may helpful to go through a begineers.
